Oceano Surf School / Surf Camps / Learn to surf in a surf camp on the Costa de la Luz

New for the Winter & Spring of 2006 / 2007 are our Surf camps. The surf camps can be either for a full week or a weekend / short break.

The surf camps are designed to improve your surfing, oceano skills / awareness and to be around like minded people for the duration of your surfing holiday. The surf camps are 100% professional and cover all aspects of surfing, including beach life guarding and ocean safety.

Included in the price of the surf camp is your accommodation. The accommodation is based in both Conil de la Frontera and El Palmar. The accommodation is shared with other guests of the surf camp. In each accommodation the maximum number of guests is five people.

The surfing lessons take place on the beach of El Palmar. Depending on the weather and ocean conditions most surfing will take place in El Palmar. Transport is available in a daily basis to and from the beach of El Palmar for the duration of the surfing lessons.

The surfing lessons are suitable for complete beginners and intermediate surfers. During the week we will cover most aspects of surfing including a lesson in forecasting waves and ocean safety. By the end of the week you will be confident in the water and will have made lots of new surfing friends who share the same interests as you.

• Transport to and from the beach for the duration of the surfing lessons
• Five surfing lessons (morning sessions)
• Surf Board and wetsuit hire for afternoon practice sessions
• A talk and demonstration in Ocean safety / beach life guarding
• Local area guides

Price Per Person: €425 euros or £289 GBP

All of our staff are local to Conil and El Palmar and ensure that you get the most out of your time here by fully integrating you into the local culture with the local people.

Surf Camps -Weekend Packages (3 nights):

The Weekend / 3 night surf camp package includes:

• Shared accommodation (3 nights)
• Transport to and from the beach for the duration of the surfing lessons
• Three surfing lessons (morning & afternoon sessions)
• Surf Board and wetsuit hire for afternoon / morning practice sessions
• A talk and demonstration in Ocean safety / beach life guarding
• Local area guides

Price Per Person: €285 euros or £194 GBP

Please note that during the summer months we do not have fixed start and finish dates for the surf camps we are flexible with dates and packages to suit your timetable. Please however book early to avoid disappointment.
