Unlike most sea sports surfing does not require any machinery; surfing puts you into a very natural environment and in order to ride waves your energy and physical fitness levels are put to the test.

Surfing also demands that your mind and body are co-ordinated. In order to harmonise your body and mind yoga works wonders!

Many professional surfers’ lifestyles involve daily Yoga routines allowing them to both optimize and maintain their high performance levels whilst avoiding common strain injuries. This idea can be adapted to all surfing levels, beginners through to advanced.

Every time before we surf we will practice breathing exercises and yoga on the beach.

Due to the incredible surrounding environment you will be able to enjoy not only surfing is not only as a purely physical activity but it will have spiritual liberation effects as well.
